L’inspection se modernise chez Safran avec Metrolog X4 1

Depuis 2018, ce sont trois sites qui œuvrent à la modernisation de l’inspection 3D grâce au déploiement du logiciel Metrolog.
L’objectif ? Une performance de mesure accrue en cohérence totale avec la volonté de Safran d’intégrer des outils 4.0.
« Ce logiciel dispose d’algorithmes développés pour avoir des temps de calculs plus rapides, propose une expérience utilisateur fluide grâce à son interface améliorée et permet d’optimiser la programmation grâce à l’outil de simulation Silma X4. En somme, la plateforme logicielle parfaite pour permettre à nos inspecteurs et programmeurs d’être davantage autonomes. » explique Bertrand Valière, Responsable Ajustage et Inspection sur le site de Bidos.
« Un vrai plus, c’est que nos fournisseurs utilisent ce même logiciel, ce qui permettra une meilleure coopération entre nous » explique Charlotte Crampon, Responsable Méthodes d’Inspection.
Une chose est sûre, ce projet permet bel et bien à l’Inspection qualité chez Safran d’entrer dans le 4.0 !
